The Pyramid to True Love

Introduction & Essential Features

The Pyramid to True Love is for people to assess their love for each other by marking their partner on ten aspects of Love. It applies to all people from any culture or social background, any race, religion, or sexuality. Love between two people is universal. It is intended to be a very quick method of estimating ones’ love or compatibility with a partner. The marking should be spontaneous and should only take five minutes. Couples can share their marks with each other and discuss their results. It is not intended to be a psychological analysis tool to provide an accurate assessment of love. After all, love has yet to be defined scientifically.

The Main Characteristics of Love

The main characteristics of love in this App. are purely the writer’s conception of what makes up true love. These have been developed from a lifetime of relationships, meeting people from all over the world and from studying various religions. It is not intended to be a definitive set of characteristics. Indeed, it is open to discussion and interpretation by others. It is a start and at least some way forward to measure this complex and subjective form of human emotion.

Operation and Use

The Pyramid has ten characteristics of love with each mark as a percentage. The author enters their name, the name of their partner and the date. Starting with the first screen, the author reads each description and rates how well their partner fits the characteristic, then moves onto the next screen. It must be purely the author’s view of their partner not how they think they view you. The overall percentage score is shown at the end.
